Injury Coaching, really?

Don’t just believe me. Check out the reviews

  • The best physio I've worked with in esports.

    — Eric “Wheats” Perez Former Toronto Defiant Assistant Coach

  • One of the reasons I was able to be happy and calm in Toronto. He helped my sore wrist a lot and also helped teammates' physical pain. And also thanks to him and the people in the picture, I have grown a lot as a person. Excited to see what’s next for him. Miss you Jonathan!

    — Go “Spectra” Dong-woo Overwatch 2 Pro

  • I wouldn't have performed anywhere near the level I did without the help from Jonathan. I was struggling a lot with bad wrist pain throughout but he helped me through it with rehab so would 100% recommend to anyone struggling with any injuries.

    — Lewis “YaBoiLewis” Hughes Professional Valorant player with FOKUS

  • I wasn't sure about virtual care but this has been great! I feel better.

    — Robbie Adolfo Motion Graphic Designer

  • I booked a free consultation and I wasn’t sure yet that I wanted something more, so Jonathan already looked at my posture just to help me. I then asked for a single session which was expensive for me but ended up being VERY well worth it. I had a sharp pain in my neck and shoulder because I spam my V-key (attack move in League) constantly with my thumb, and apparently my thumb wasn’t strong enough so I unconsciously used other muscles. I was very stressed at this time, and scared for my career. But Jonathan reassured me that I could fix it, and within three weeks I was playing 12h/d again (still spamming a bit less), and after two more weeks it was completely gone. I was incredibly relieved. He also answered all further questions in DMs. 100% recommend, I’m eternally grateful!

  • I have been an avid reader of 1HP for years due to issues with chronic extensor tendinopathy, I used their warm-up routines daily to help alleviate symptoms. I finally took the plunge to engage in active treatment with Jonathan and couldn't be happier. He is extremely responsive and the protocol I have been given is highly bespoke and well reasoned - I have only engaged in the treatment for a couple of weeks but am already finding some improvement and feel equipped with the tools to do the work and be healthy once more. I urge anyone reading who is in my position to also bite the bullet and engage in 1-on-1 treatment with the team, their compassion and expertise are invaluable

  • Tonight was the best I’ve felt since I was 18. It was the first time I was able to pee without complications in over a year. The back injury i mentioned has been going on for over 6 years and during the last week or so I’ve almost forgotten it’s even an issue. I still want to take more time to make sure I’m okay. I know they sound like minor things but grinding as hard as I did took a larger toll on me than you’d think. Sitting for more than 30 minutes would produce sharp searing pain in both my shoulders so I taught myself to play while standing. 1 year of standing while gaming followed by a 30 hour stream caused my pelvic floor to chronically tighten to the point it took me upwards of 5 minutes to pee most nights. After two months of work I’ve managed a single day of relief. Hopefully more to come. I’m not asking for a pity party, I’m just hoping to explain the severity of my situation as I know there’s many who are upset with me for being gone so long. Streaming became somewhat of a hell for me which made it impossible to enjoy and provide you guys the experience you were clicking on my stream for. I pushed through the pain for far too long because I understood how privileged I was and knew I owed it to everyone. I pushed through it as long as I could. Once I got to the point I was struggling to breathe from how messed up I was I knew I was at my limit. I want to thank @JkchungDc for helping me through this process. He’s amazing and I wouldn’t have made it the last couple years without his help. Thank you to everyone who supports me and wishes my recovery. I am very blessed to be in the situation I’m in and I can promise I’m not taking it for granted. I want to stream for many more years and to do so I believe this a necessary endeavor 🧡
